Yoga therapy is a mind-body practice that focuses on your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.
Asanas, movement, mindfulness, meditation, relaxation and breathing exercises are used for relaxation, stress reduction and management of underlying diseases.
A deep understanding of the connection between the different layers of the human body allows us to work holistically to address any mental or emotional disturbance, working directly at the root cause.
We recommend a minimum of 6 sessions to begin to feel the benefits of this practice, but we are happy to offer an initial 20 minute discovery session to better understand what yoga therapy is all about.
